My immediate argument hasn't fallen apart. Shelf space has value.
Woollies and Coles have a duty to shareholders to put the products that sell best on their shelves. Doing otherwise costs shareholders money.
That's just a fact.
You need to crawl back to Dutton and ask for better talking points because this one is a loser.
Maybe Dutton should also call for a boycott of Coles because they aren't stocking all of their shelves with nothing but potatoes. They have those weird foreign vegetables like broccoli. So unAustralian. It makes just as much sense.
I've supported liberals in the past, but I'll never support a liberal party that calls for boycotts of a company that is making lawful decisions to maximize shareholder profits.
