If this is true, then LPE have essentially existed the retail market (whereby it services customers directly, within EENs). These are the "sticky" customers they speak of. That would mean all of the customers they are servicing are all serviced on the low value basis @Berserker talks of.

I can only assume the report is actually wrong. If it isn't, we are in a lot of trouble!

They announced this ages ago...Go back and read their announcments... They sold their hedge and told retail customers to go else where. These are the last few lazy ones. The entire business has pivoted to embedded customers.
