Eithier way I think that we can conclude that property in Australia is over valued. Will it fall? probably. If property doesnt fall it is likely to track sideways for a considerable amount of time.

For me there are better investments than property currently. It has been a good run but nothing goes up year on year forever. The property diehards will probably disagree.
