I think you have the gas rate and water rate confused.
Water rate is in blue, gas rate is in red, peaking around 18-24 months (rough estimate).
5mmscf/d is good for a conventional land based gas well, but rates from CSG are much lower due to shallow depth/lower pressure and high water content.
CSG needs much more drilling for commercial production - but drilling each well is cheaper and easier.
