The other point (which to be honest I am waiting to see appear myself) is apparently around 500k missed being processed in time, ironic I know given the very nature of the business but is what it is I guess. As I said earlier today, the issue for me in relation to trying predict revenue is there is no clear understanding of the number of invoices issued for payment and what %'s of those invoices are being paid via credit card vs other methods. If Spenda is issuing 100 000 invoices per month across its client base, but only 5% are being paid via credit card that is all Spenda will get a percentage on, the other 95% will generate 26c per invoice or 25K per month (based on the ratio of 95% of 100 000 invoices are being paid B2B via eft, cash or cheque still).

Obviously there are Commercial in Confidence sensitivities around this, but rather than indicating the volume of transactions processed by SPX, I think a better metric moving forward would be # of invoices issued and % of invoices paid by credit and % paid by other (where the clip is 26c regardless of transaction amount - not to mention there is no way to determine what happens if mulitple invoices are batched into one EFT payment, is that 1 payment for SPX of 26c or 26c per invoice to SPX? - that level of detail has not been forthcoming) but hopefully one can see how if the vast majority of transactions are not being paid with a credit card, then SPX clip is significantly reduced per transaction compared to the potential?

The increase in loan book was only $1m for the quarter a 6% increase on previous quarter so 94% should already be showing up in the quarterly?

As for missed processing etc before cutoff that's all just more smokescreen BS sorry I deal in facts not fantasy

Agree totally with you surrounding the transaction types, percentages etc it's well hidden and one can only assume for good reason, needs to be more transparent

There's no commercial in confidence to disclose your own earnings and the breakdown of exactly where and how
