I will be vehemently voting no to this deal and would be encouraging all shareholders both small, medium and large to also vote no.
this offer is extremely low ball and an insult to shareholders who have backed the company's through capital raising and the like.
CZR presentations clearly show they see a lot more value in the project than a quick paycheque (see atatched).
Stefan Murphy has been quoted both publicly and privately saying the Robe Mesa project is worth at least $10 per tonne.
If a competing offer isn't tabled this could become very embarrassing for the CEO, without creasys vote I can't see the balance of shareholders voting in favour.
