+50% of shareholders who voted.

Note the difference 98% versus 78%. There is no doubt in my mind that rallying the troops (even the smallest of shareholders) to vote and vote against the Scheme could kill the vote.
AZS management knows that every NO vote counts, doubly.
Of course announcing spectacular TA3 results like the indicated possible high grade +35m thick by 450m down dip by 1000m strike length might lead to excitement and comment and publicity and cause shareholders to question the deal. And even the small guys to vote against.
So let's just not announce anything yet?
