Rio Tinto are happy to beg for a 3000 TPA concession which so far hasn't been granted. Next door, AGY already has a 2000 TPA concession, a full scale processing plant and a possible 12000 tpa expansion. A 25000 tpa expansion is years away if at all in fact it's not even important but if it happened AGY would be valued at around $3 lol.
