Re Icarus Derivatives I believe it is registered in the British Virgin Islands
I sent email to ADY requesting details of management / directors of above Company to allow me to background search
I recieved this reply posted below which I find unacceptable and find it hard to believe they are considering an offer from this mystery Company we are unable to check out. If they are genuine what experience and track record do they hold in this industry?
From the information recieved so far it is impossible as a share holder to vote either way .
I have drafted another letter in much more depth requesting many more detailed answers to a great many questions once finished I shall post it here on Hot Copper with replies if any recieved.

In respect of your question 1, the CEO of SCM Vallenar Iron Company is Robert Michael Clarke Somerville.
In respect of your question 2, Icarus Investments is a private company and as such details of its management/shareholders are not readily available. As you know, it is part of an investment group, of which the Company hasnt disclosed further details so far. I understand your concern in relation to finding more information about the potential buyer of the tenements in the Northern Region and I can tell you that Dr Andrew Walker related to Icarus and with a public profile. Dr Walker is involved in the Aspen Medical and the Wingate projects. You can find more information on these projects on the following links:
