Perhaps MC's 15 percent if sold will be done in a manner contingent on the approval of the transfer of the 85 percent.
Wouldn't make sense any other way really, as his interest is also in the best outcome for the company he holds more than 50 percent of.
If another offer was coming, would think it would be before the end of the month/notice of meeting release.
It's not like RIO or others would really need any time to do anything other than get the legal drafting done (or perhaps buy a few on market to get a head start if a full takeover is being considered rather than asset transaction)...
