TCG i think you have misinterpreted the Namibia deal.
The block has been jointly offered to both PCL and Paragon. The Namibians are giving PCL 85% slice and Paragon a 15% slice. After official signing the block will be jointly awarded to both parties.
Thus it is by no means a farm-in by Paragon into the Namibian block.
Paragon will be paying their 15% on development costs of the block.
