A tolling arrangement yes so goes to Ganfeng to process but we can sell to whoever so the final product may not end up with Ganfeng.
I think @dawgfather was asking is it 100% going to Ganfeng? They have to take it all, in good times or bad??
If we get a better offer for the product than GF want to pay, then this will benefit us. If GF is not interested and the market is tough then we will likely need to curtail production. This is an advantage for us I will say. The sector is showing how cyclic it is currently.
Given the loss of control of the project (Not interested in the fluff Rick and Simon said about this aspect - the market told us it is not great), we should at least try and maintain some control over our share until we actually have a conversion facility in the JV.
