That should not be too hard. I'd suggest something like the below 3 stage process:
First - Start a dispute with the Cyprus exchange by refusing to answer their questions (I'm assuming that BJFU Inc will have some unusual transactions to merit the questions - that is an important prerequisite for this plan).
Then - when, in the face of BJFU Inc' non-response, the Exchange acts prudently to protect the Cypriot public, paint them as a corrupt organisation out to get you.
Finally, call an EGM seeking a redomicile to St Martaans on the basis that there are concrete plans in place for a listing on a premium exchange.
Simples.
