    Please don't tell me there is 3 JoshuaL's?
    I thought I had it all figured out, but alas there is a curve ball thrown in .. .. .. .. ..

    Joshual #1: the newbie investor?
    ~ Hi all, looking forward to joining the conversation here, I have just bought a small package having recently retired, I needed a hobby to give me something to do ... ... "
    ~ "would like to thank everyone for making me welcome, this is a new phase in my life and unchartered waters, luckily she who must be obeyed has given me some pocket money to persue this hobby, I look forward to chatting as I understand more ...(sic) looking forward to reading and hopefully as I learn contributing"

    It was where he made the infamous $160 and finally the more recent post re: quote; "as you brought it up that was 5 years ago, I have come so far since, ...(sic)" and;
    ~ "I will never invest in Africa especially when a Chinese juggernaut uses all the Aussie minnows cash to achieve their success .."

    Joshual #2: the rebel? and not such the newbie investor!
    ++ we will have to take him on his word on buying LLL, holding 12 million BGS and being in the T20 way back then.

    I guess it is only a "dog stock" with the daily commenting of "long ago red flags, etc, etc" until you get your buy in price? and once held you never posted?
    ~ "(sic) ... I bought 300,000 LLL shares this year in the low 40s sold when the first red flag appeared .....(sic)"
    Just so happens the LLL has its Goulamina Lithium project in Mali, which is in West Africa and is also partnered with a Chinese juggernaut (Ganfeng) and just also happens to be an Australian minnow!

    ~ "(sic) ... I held 12 million back in 2016 before the consolidation, I was actually in the T20 ...."

    JoshuaL #3: the debater?
    Calling people out for not adding value to and/or joining in conversations. I don't think for all the time I have seen you post on different stock threads have you actually engaged in a conversation and/or stayed on topic.

    @JoshuaL maybe we can put the regurgitated "sanctioned suspension" and "zero communications from the Company" to rest?

    Point 1: Suspension;
    I don't know where you have gotten the "ASX sanctioned" terminology from but we will roll with it; as you keep questioning why?
    The ASX has used its discretion and Listing Rule 17.3 with the company being placed in a suspension "not at the request of an entity"
    + there is 4 sub clauses but only 17.3.4 is applicable.

    The suspension was in response to not adequately providing information to the ASX, BUT, the Company is abiding by Listing Rule 3.1A.
    Quote (from Company announcement)
    "LLL considered the Information to be (among other things) a confidential and incomplete proposal or negotiation and insufficiently definite to warrant disclosure, pursuant to the limbs of Listing Rule 3.1A. The limbs of Listing Rule 3.1A continue to apply to the information until it ceases to be confidential by the disclosure of Information in Announcements."
    **in a nutshell, the ASX is the governing body of the Listing Rules but has no more right to being privy to information that falls under exemptions of Listing Rule 3.1A than any other individual/s.
    ** Maybe have a good read of the ASX Listing Rules, ASX Guidance Notes AND the Corporations Act

    Point 2: Communications -- bullet points from announcements

    In addition to the following there were
    ** 7 Conference / Investor Presentations, ** 2 Shareholder webinars; ** 2 Corporate Videos, ** 3 Proactive Interviews & 1 Pod Cast

    23rd March 2023 - Annual Report
    Most of the information in the report has been disclosed during the year ending 31st December 2022, with notable exceptions to more in depth information; being;
    ~ total Goulamina resource base increased by 31% to 142.3 Mt @ 1.38% Li2O
    ~ Danaya Mineral Resource has increased by over 150% to 56.1 Mt @ 1.24% Li2O with the indicated resource classification expanded by 213% to 24.4 Mt @ 1.34 Li2O. The results confirming the large scale, high grade resource at Danaya.
    ** Let that sink in a bit, the Danaya Resource @ 56.1 Mt as a stand alone, is substantially more than a lot of the Lithium companies trading on the ASX have but (currently) represents only 39.5% of the total Goulamina Resource.

    ~ improved road conditions couple with efficient border crossing mean there is potential to reduce cycle time for the round trip - currently 6 days
    ~ nominal payloads for the proposed trucks have increased by 32% to 50 tonnes payload versus the 38 tonne
    ++ increase payload, better than expected road conditions will reduce absolute truck numbers required and has the potential generate cost efficiencies.
    ~ tenders were issued and confirmed for 5 West African based trucking companies, this was for the DSO shipments.
    There was a review of these tenders due in April but given the introduction of the "Local Content Law" this may need to be revisited?

    https://leolithium.com/investor-centre/media/

    ++ It is not clear in any in the Mali Journal when the decree for the Local Content Law is to commence? Given that, as Corica Mali is a subsidiary of Corica Mining Services which is Head Quartered in Côte d'lvoire, which could mean that this contract may need to be revisited?

    31st July 2023 - Quarterly Activities Report - period ending 30th June 2023

    Finally,
    (1) Why did you buy Leo Lithium Shares (allegedly) after a year of continuously posting warnings ?
    (2) Why did you stop posting on the Leo Lithium thread after allegedly buying shares?
    (3) Why have you restarted posting all the warnings?

    cheers
