Good morning beautiful people, I hope you all had a great weekend I see there's been some robust discussions going on over the weekend, that's great to see .
I'd like to suggest that posters have a quick look back through at the announcements put out by the company before posting statements. At times what you post seems to contradict reality.
Someone mentioned that we haven't seen Agrichain revenues yet. The Agrichain deal was announced 16th October 2023 during the December quarter. See the image below for the announcement.
You need to be fair and give the business a chance to get the platform live and through the initial rollout first, followed by full deployment.
In this instance they aimed to rollout to 100 users during the December quarter. That has the possibility of generating $1,100,000 in revenue for the Spenda business as the revenue share is 75 Spenda to 25 Agrichain.
They have indicated from the current quarter we are in that they will be scaling up for full rollout. At any point in time there is $2,200,000,000 worth of grain on their supply chain platform. Goes without saying that this is significant flows and should be captured as they head through 2024 and beyond.
As stated this is just for grain and as the name suggests, Agrichain don't just deal in grain. There's is clearly scope to take over the other commodities they deal in. I discovered over the weekend that Graincorp members use the Agrichain platform, food for thought.
Now let's do some maths based off of these figures. If 100 users can generate Spenda $1,100,000 in revenue, what can 10,000 users generate? The simple maths goes as follows: 10,000 users/100 users x $1,100,000 = $110,000,000 per annum . This assumes that the first 100 users are the average typical users.
What could the resultant market cap be from just this $110,000,000? Typical multipliers I've seen range from 7 to 15x. This depends on market sentiment at any given time. During bullish phases it can be much higher than the examples given here especially when propelling off of a small base. This is the inflexion point.
7 x = $770,000,000
10 x = $1,100,000,000
15 x = $1,650,000,000
We can then work back and calculate the SP at these market caps with what you think the SOI will be at full rollout. For the sake of this argument I won't factor in options, I'll just add the current SOI 3,650,000,000 to Capricorn investment of 412,000,000 = 4,062,000,000
SP at 7 x = $0.19
SP at 10 x = $0.27
SP at 15 x = $0.41
