Dear RS, my advisors have advised me (as they are wont to do) that if I want to list on a premium exhange, I need to have some so-called independent NEDs on the board.

I thought they were colourful horse racing identities, but apparently that's corporate speak for independent Non-Executive Directors.

Now, I know that some would say that you're not independent, but as far as I can see, you seem to be independent, so I'm offering you, @jlo2012, @JoeGambler, @TDB, and @Evilbetty seats on the board as independent NEDs.

While I can't pay director's fees, I have grand plans for growth of BJFU Inc, involving some absolutely brilliant transactions involving these things called crypto ETFs, but I can't say too much more about them on a public forum). Anyway, if we get sufficient turnover of crypto ETFs, we'll be able to show a revenue line that grows at a terrific rate for a few months that makes it look like the business is growing its bottom line. We buy the crypto ETFs direct from the market makers, and make around 0.01% margin on them, but the revenue looks fantastic, and if we present it as AARRUs (Average Annualised Recurring Revenue Units), I think some of the less discriminating financial newsletters will lap it up if we pay them the fee to be included as lead story, and then some of the bigger AI based news sites will pick it up, and as they say, Robert is your Aunt's husband.

As long as we stay out of the AFR, which should be easy enough as Joe Aston has left, and I don't rate Miriam.

Anyway, if we get turnover of $500M (AARRUs, remember, pro-rata, remember, say for six months - any six months, doesn't have to be a full half year, and I read about a company called BIG Youtube or something that did something clever about pre-sales), I'll issue, say 30% of the stock in new shares to directors.

Don't tell anyone that the gross profit from that little exercise is around $500,000, and it will cost us around $1,000,000 to establish the business, and most sales will be one off, because we can't keep selling this shit ETF product because people will realise that it is a ponzi scheme limited opportunity.

    How does that sound?
