Hope you have a bit of time to study the image below and consider that the FULL platform hasn't been FULLY rolled out to one big sized business yet. It's too early to suggest none of this is true.

Spenda states that 100% of the Carpet Court B2B flows have been captured between head office and franchises. That's 60m per quarter. I'd suggests they use this initial flow as a way into the spokes.

Consider this initial flow like a spider going around linking all of the businesses in the network to the full functionality of the network. Dangle a carrot in front of the nodes face to get it motivated to assist the process. Maybe some of the revenue taken in from the initial B2B flows is given back to the node as incentives for motivating the spokes to link into the cobweb? It's a genius and sticky concept. Seen it work well with other businesses.

So POS revenue hasn't appeared yet from the first big business that they have onboarded. I'd think as each POS terminal comes off contract, they have a good enough incentive to jump over to SpendaPOS. Seems a no-brainer as they work synergistically with the Spenda platform, obviously.

I'd also suggest they were waiting on becoming PayFac before going hammer and tongs on the POS side of things.

All of this has been about building out of the platform in a slow and methodical way. Also had to get the stars to align first. That's seems to have happened over the last few months.

With Carpet Court, eBev, Capricorn, Agrichain et al, coming on line with over $30,000,000,000 of flows to manage, this CY should finally prove what they have been selling to investors.

As you can see in the image below they state how much they expect to earn per $1,000,000 of payment flows. This simply equates to 1-2%. Or 2-4% as is this case with eBev.
