Progress on site is irrelevant to the possibility IMO, The social media posts I've seen are all months old - from when the ball mill was being, or just put in - and they had a bunch of media at site. Though tbf I do have half of HC on ignore too, so....maybe I'm missing out.

In anycase if 3-4 months of intentional go-slow (from their side) negotiations haven't sorted out a compromise to their extra-legal demands....then just get on with it at international arbitration IMO.
