The number of no votes were far higher than last time (by more than 20%) on all three resolutions.
But the yes votes more than doubled. It looks like Oleg convinced the big non-aligned investors to support him which is terrible news for small shareholders as it means that Oleg can ad do whatever he wants.
To my mind DRO is now uninvestable since managements hand will always be in the till and shareholders can do nothing to control management's excesses. I'm very glad I sold out.
