EL8 being undervalued today is nothing unusual, unexpected or anything to be worried about (IMO).It is a known fact that the small explorers are the LAST to move in any bull market, but when they do move, they move the furthest in % terms.
It's still massively on SALE atm but I don't think it will be for much longer, given the U price action WILL justify the Nuclear/uranium narrative.
