South Australia is now the the State with the greatest Sovereign Risk profile. You need to think very deeply before spending exploration dollars here. What with "Bird in Hand" this situation and other less publicized failures by this Government. The risk in moving forward is just too great and there are other Australian States who dont suffer from such poor Governance.
