While cup and handles can vary, typical lengths are 7 weeks or more for the cup and handles at least 1 week.
We formed a rough cup at 8.5 weeks wide, and handle has 3 weeks to form until the quarterly.
My guess would be price should be increasing at least in the last week approaching quarterly to the previous high if not slightly higher.
It's all theoretical though. Looks great when you can chart it and it works out, but not always.
