If results are good and they do 10c worth of publicity I sincerely believe a fair portion of the participants on this forum and pretty much any of the key shareholders could get government funding process rolling in a few phone calls... on the assumption BIT management for some reason could not.
DYOR but I dont personally believe cash is an impediment here.
No issue with a small tidy up finlise raise myself anyway, but if they've built it, many will turn up in my view
