Its the applying time that is the Elephant in the room. It's all fine saying wait for the government change to have a greater chance of having the deed pass. But what if the liberals don't win the next election; waiting another 3yrs on top of that allows many other plants world wide to get up and running which brings the prices eventually back to a moderate so the best times are missed.
