Excluding MINres, 35M shares were issued for ESS at $3.29. Assuming accumulators are targeting 50% detractors, 18M shares will need to change hands in order for selling pressure to ease. The sooner disgruntled ESS holders get flushed out the better - unfortunately sometimes the market is not your friend.
Technically way oversold and should bounce off soon. Instos probably shaking off that last drops of dribble off their d'heads. No news is good news. Quarterly Report should show positive cashflow and off this goes. 52-Week high was $4, biggest shareholder saw $60M of paper value "evaporated" - can't be too happy about that!
