Sorry for having brought up the take-over issue yet again. But I feel that in the months ahead - with ITC's sp likely to drift lower and VPE's sp potentially going-up quite a bit on news on the "CSG front" - it might be tempting for VPE to try to make a take-over bid "on the cheap" (1 for 4 instead of 1 for 3) with script.
Time will tell. Obviously, a lot of patience still required.
