is it a delayed reaction to labor getting in or is it just more seeing it as a turnaround situation!!
vincenski - u know more about the stock than i , but my reading to date was that they were not doing very well in the nbn tenders, but picking up some scraps, and hoping to get some subcontracts from some of those other cos that riverred listed!
do they stand a good chance of getting lots of work??
