An update on my Post #: 5696555
At the suggestion of another HC'er, I rang the company this morning and was asked to forward the messages to an email address.
Subsequent to that, I am pleased to say that the company addressed my concerns to my complete satisfaction.
It appears my original messages were sent to the inbox of a former employee, and as such, were not being seen. A matter that has now been rectified.
So, well done INT, when my concerns were finally seen, you reacted appropriately and swiftly.
