They would have done a consolidation as the share price was approaching zero, and they'd need to raise more capital, nothing stinky about that.

Unless the Directors have done something fraudulent / illegal, you have no case.

IMO the concept is the problem here and the reason why the share price has tanked. If you pay directors to research and commercialise a failed concept, they'll do their best, but at the end of the day a failed concept will inevitably fail and leave investors out of pocket.

I think promoting it as a non invasive imaging solution is potentially an avenue, it should never have been promoted as non invasive, misleading. Go get em!
