    we will have
    - Management close to top 5 shareholders
    - Brother / related family member of CIO at CSM number 1 holder currently
    -CSM once they convert early Feb will be number 1 holder
    - Other notable holders are Aeris mineral investment currently number 2
    - Straits mineral resources number 3

    Top 20 will be close to 60% ownership of the Co

    interest for me is CSM converting debt and brother / family member in at 0.009 from raise

    let’s see what transpires next few weeks
