Why would “someone” take it over now when the mine isn’t even up and running? Much better to let the current management do all the hard work - managing cost blowouts, refinancing those in a high interest rate environment, lithium price through the floor, qualification/grade can take years to get right etc….Shorts all over it like a cheap suit.
Do all that - then if LTR survives - make an opportune bid once all the problems have been ironed out.
