Nah I don't think Petrohawk is the buyer, as they already in there and already share data with AZZ, they need no further access to data room. Buyer who need access to such data would be an outsider and big...e.g BP? BP is in investment diversification mode from convention energy sources to unconvention energy source such as shale oil & gases. AZZ had mention of BP more than one occasion back in january so I suppose there were some level of contact between them back then.
