Walk away mate, accept that your wife was right to question this investment. How much money have you lost since APX provided you with a light lunch to convince you to participate in the fund raising. You looked them in the eye, they lied. Invest in something else. You are unlikely to recover your investment in APX. You can always carry forward losses to set against future CGT. As a reminder I still hold a handful of Appen shares to remind me of my folly for continuing to hold Appen shares when the CFO resigned after one month for PERSONAL reasons. Still no CFO.
