ABN Amro have a spec buy out on this one today.
"Summary:
Horizon Oil is two years into a five year plan under the new management team. It expects to achieve peak market value (at least $0.50/share) for a portfolio of producing properties via takeover or trade sale."
I haven't been able to access the full report as yet, but I do know that they have 20% of the Kapul wildcat (mean 113m? barrels recoverable if oil present) that OSH are about to spud.
They also have a share purchase plan happening atm (up to $5000 per shareholder @12c/share) - which ABN Amro has underwritten (I think).
