It is very cheap and small shareholders get pretty good protection on the ASX - while it may not be managed as well as it should be, APAC can not steal this from you.
It reminds me a lot of $GRR in 2021: Tassie iron miner with a gob of cash and large Chinese ownership. Cash was discounted as the market feared they'd spend it on hookers and blow during a Hong Kong bender, and then sell the iron below market price. None of that happened and they eventually went the special dividend route and the stock went on to do a 3x.
