Chimeric Therapeutics Limited (ASX:CHM) is conducting an Entitlement Offer Shortfall Placement comprising of an equity raising of up to $5.5m via the issuance of approximately 196.7m fully paid ordinary new shares at an offer price of A$0.028 which is the same price as the entitlement offer.
Bell Potter is lead manager to the Placement. Bell Potter is currently conducting a bookbuild for the Placement which you are invited to bid into.
