You obviously have a proof of that happening? A first hand account would be preferable.
The question I have raised is, why did NATO prevented the country from protecting its territorial integrity back then with the full military might, but the same NATO is allowing for the changes to the Ukrainian borders now and in a process they are allowing for a complete destruction of Ukraine to continue, with 100s of thousands killed or wounded Ukrainians killed as well.
