    What a Disgusting looking deal this is! Obviously had to go begging to the loan sharks for this cash.

    Putting DGR into massive expensive debt (20% p.a. + $300,000 App fee + $750,000 lenders fee!) to save Mathers vanity / legacy project!

    Let the Chinese have it, at least DGR get some money back.
