It just says " invited ". I guess they invited all RI participants or just those who already applied for more or top 20 / top 100 holders. On top it stated " For Sophies Only " but by definition I am not a Sophie despite having the relevant funds.
If you missed out you could grab some for 3c right now. Shouldn't make a big difference LT.
