As there will be more employee oppies / shares issued I will use 1B SoI for future MC calculations / estimations.
That way, at 3c, MC would be 30m, about 20m of that is cash. That means at sp of 2c CHM's EV would be ZERO and at 3c just 10m.
So why is ALA's EV trading at about 12 x CHM's EV?
