As it stands ord is a middle man for overseas interests rather than Ord interests.

It seems we are getting a good deal in loas with no Money being spent, but as pointed out we have to stump up money to fund it.

It seems that rather large blank cheque from china is for their benefit and not ours.

We have nothing to offer them so far. Why would they give us something then.

Happy to be proved wrong, but Ord have done very little in the past 12 months.
