not sure what the point of this forum is ?

from a investment perspective, Australian housing as it currently stands at this point in time fails all logical safe requirements as a smart investment worthy of risking a few hundred grand borrowed from the bank on.

Everyone knows housing has over shot normal expected price growth this past decade, and its done that by a long shot.

We know logically a correction will come at some point, its been seen around the world already.

It sounds like there are some in here who want to argue or bet that further growth on this trend is a sure thing, or at the least the margin will be enough to make a safe profit out before the correction comes?

in which case these high risk investors must have an idea on what sign to look for before they pull out? anyone feel like sharing your insight instead of bickering?
