I cant believe SOL would buy such a stake, to just sit there and wait and see what might happen.

while he may start off modestly, he will have a plan of scale. Along the lines of NHC, where SOL were the sole financier & started off gently & expanded yearly, then bought their own Port facility & then expanded them both again.NHC market cap is around $4b now & are in their 10th year.Share Price around $5.00 & $1.45 in dividends over that time.

As RW said CopperChem will not be able to take all of the ore, so I'll just say again If Robert Milner, is going to get involved, It will be with a plan for an operation with scale.
