Yep the ML has always been the issue and yes some deal needs to be done to resolve this shit show, You obviously put a lot of time and effort into AVZ and as @Tim89 asked above what deal do you advocate to resolve the situation. I have quite a large holding here and me along with a large % of hplders have backed in the current board to see this through ie AGM and MMGA vote . My view is that the only way to get a "deal " across the line is to continue down the path of arbitration through ICC and ICSID to put pressue on DRC to sort this shit out.
So am interested to know !) What is your preferred pathway forward and 2) Do you believe that corruption In the DRC is largely responsible for our current plight ?
p.s. i dont come on HC much anymore mainly because of you ! Not havin a go here but your absolute domination of the AVZ threads gives me a headache and i generally just pass over your posts. Maybe just stop arguing with everyone and limit your daily posts. At the moment i suspect many other posters like me just glaze over when they see your posts. I am sure you probably have some good input but i am also sure that that is mostly lost to the forum
