Just to be clear, and DYOR, this is simply the Green River Council - Planning and Zoning Commission, saying that they permit the "processing" within their zoned Industrial Areas (light, medium, heavy).
In layman's terms it covers the work that goes on in the plant, in the shed, above the ground. IMO. DYOR.
I will try to get the actual ORDINANCE # 2024-01.
