How about you do some reading, here, for the simpletons on this site I've done all the hard work and put into a Google search "hungary rule of law breaches" and now you can do some reading and see how Orban, as the wanne be dictator of Hungary, is in breach of EU rules, whch is why they're withholding EU cash from him.
A terribly hard concept to understand isn't it, in order to get EU cash you have to follow EU rules, OH THE OPPRESSION!
