Russian GDP PPP is 6th at $5.05 trillion,

Germany GDP nominal is 3rd with $4.4 trillion
Russia GDP nomnal is 11th with $1.8 trillion

In none of those is Russia ahead of Germany. But nice of you to quote where you got your information from, oh wait, you didn't.
