In relation to reimbursement. Is it only reasonable that a potential partner pay their share of costs to get the leases/prospect into a drillable position?
$21m 3d seismic + $5 lease extension x 70% = $18m USD approx?
Only fair and necessary for FAR to strengthen Balance Sheet and cover their costs of a Senegal Drill.
Interesting to see Ophir's drill is estimated at $35m USD. Does anyone know why, technically, this drill would be so much less than the $60m FAR is estimating their well to cost?
