calendar year won't show 4.7M in revenue for the Devt Agreement as that is spread over 18-24 months, so only a part of it will be included this year.
If the payments were of equal amounts in equal periods then it could be argued that the range of 50% to 66% of the $4.7M would be attibutable this calendar year.
