No one will be able to provide permeability values until either the sidewall core permeability data is available or the well testing results are available.
Gas and gas condensates can flow through formations that are significantly lower permeability than 20mD. Oil reservoirs on the other hand usually require a minimum of 5m to 10mD.
From my experience, a 15% porosity sand may have a permeability of about 10mD, therefore an 8.5% porosity sand might be about 5mD. However, it doesn't take much condensate dropout to reduce the gas relative permeability such that the effective permeability decreases by 80%. For that reason, my recent post which provided estimates of flow rate for a range of skin factors were based on a 1mD effective permeability. All in my opinion.
